Description:
============
I've just inserted some buttons and then played with alignment tools ... select some buttons and do e.g. center
horizontally and so on. But I don't know exact step which leads to state when from is broken. I enclosed broken form for
you. It might help to find out what happened.

I've made a fix that reverts the changes after error so the form can't be saved in the broken state. The rest is issue
107522 I think.
