Hello there, Use Case: (1) A developer clicks on the JVM Heap gauge, that either: (a) A pop-up dialog opens and has UI controls which lets the Developer pick or enter in JVM specific Heap params such as: Xms,Xmx,XX:PermSize, XX:MaxPermSize? (b) Or, the developer can access the pop-up dialog (which appears after the click on line item (a) ) via the Preferences view? (2) Wouldn't this make it easier and also seems more logical to use, instead of having the developer manually edit the configuration file: netbeans.conf? Happy programming, Unnsse
Is there anything that "core" could do for this?
Passing to performance guys who I think own memory meter. However I'm not sure if mentioned params can be changed during the flight.
