Build: full installer netbeans-6.0-nightly-200706210000-full-windows

I am not sure if the bug is Windows Vista only. Did not have chance to try it on other platforms yet.

I have a NB6.0 M9 IDE (Java One Preview release) installed in my machine. When I tried to install the latest IDE, I got
"All of the available components are already installed. Click Cancel to exit the installer". 

I think user (like me) may like to keep an older version IDE, at the same time, try the latest one to see if it works
fine. We should let user to install more then one version of IDE.

Yes, this is a known issue with the 20070621* builds, they are corrupted. Should be OK in the next one.
