Using build netbeans-trunk-nightly-200706210000-basic.zip, the New Plugin tab only shows the following: Developer Collaboration Maven 86 more ... Clicking on the "86 more ..." to expand the list but UML is still not listed there. This blocks the testing for UML installation through UC.
I have tried the netbeans-hudson-trunk-1050-basic.zip and it works for me. Transient problems are caused by incorrect content of UC (maintained by BE team - IZ component nbbuild/update center content). PM worksforme, see the attached image. The Dev UC has been split to two separately UC, first one for features and second one for modules, it's probably the reason why didn't see UML feature. Try to use the recent build from http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/trunk/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/nbbuild/dist/zip/
Yes, when I used the build from http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/trunk/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/nbbuild/dist/zip/, I could see and install UML. I really don't know what the main difference is between the build from http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/trunk/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/nbbuild/dist/zip/ and netbeans-trunk-nightly-200706210000-basic.zip that I got from an internal site.
Works for me and according to the last comment it works for the reporter too -> Verified.
