Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200706190000, C/C++ Pack 20070619) Java: 1.6.0-rc; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
1.6.0-rc-b101 System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_GB (nb) Userdir: C:\Documents and
Settings\peter\.netbeans\dev

Steps:
1. Install only the basic IDE.
2. Start it with empty user dir.

Warning dialog is shown on startup.

Installation offered "Basic IDE" and "Java IDE" component. I have installed only the "Basic" one.

The IDE can be installed with xml cluster, but without java cluster. And "XML Schema Refactoring" depends on
java/project module from java cluster.

I do not think Java modules/java cluster can do anything about this, sorry - passing to xml.

Removed the dependency and verified the warning dialog doesnt show Schema refactoring as unable to load.
