Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached CodeGenerationProject-Model UML project
- Generate code for the project
  The code is not generated:
  Processing element 1 of 82: Class attributes::PrimitiveDataTypes ... ERROR: No templates defined for the element

The Generate Code dialog will now show a status error that no templates have been enabled and the dialog now has a
template enabler panel so that the user can enable the templates that are necessary.
