In the 2007 06 14 build, ctrl-up/down no longer scrolls the editor without moving the caret.  This is a feature I use constantly - was the removal intentional?

This works for me in current daily build. Are  the shortcuts assigned to Scroll-Up and Scroll-Down actions?

It seems to be working fine in a dev build.
