-when there is no CDC platform in the IDE when you wanna create a CDC
Application (e.g. Ricoh Sample) then you can Install Platform in the New Project
wizard 
-however the New Project wizard doesn't let you continue even when you add the
right platform

->this feature used to work in M9

Fixed. Problem was originally just with platform installation for Ricoh 
samples, however change required deeper modifications so all NewProject/Sample 
wizards for J2ME/CDC could be affected. It should work without problem, but 
would be better if you can briefly test it.
