After creating a WS from Java I have added 4 operations. Then I have opened the
WSIT dialog and edited some settings:
- enabled MTOM, RM (with ExactOrder delivery), Mutual Certificates Security
- I have disabled signing and encryption on all operations except for one
- closed the WSIT dialog

Later I have decided to delete one operation; performed clean&build. The WSIT
dialog however still shows the operation I have deleted (see attached picture -
the "createSessionId" operation is redundant and not displayed under WS node in
Project view anymore).
