Using M9

In a Web service, after the operation is created, I could not find a way to edit
the name/type/number of parameters using the Designer. Adding/modifying the
parameters in the Source view also does not propagate the changes in Designer.

Changes in Source view are propagated to Design view only after Save.

This is enhancement.
This requires a lot of change in javamodel.
