I have been using both NetBeans 5.5.1dev and NetBeans 6.0 over the last month
since I need features in both to do my work right now. I've noticed that if I
create a form in NetBeans 5.5.1dev that it will not load correctly in NetBeans
6.0. I'll attach the error dialog screenshot and the form info. I also noticed
that the recent 5.5.1 release will not even load the form at all since it is
version 1.4.
I think it doesn't recognize a font attribute related to labeled borders.

Any way to work around this?

For 5.5.1 you need to install the GUI builder update (as you did for 5.5 or
5.0). It is on the beta update center.

I've fixed the border font problem in 6.0.
