When trying to create a WS reference by locating the service in a NB project the
WS reference creation fails if the service was not deployed yet. This is a bug
IMHO. If NB displays a service as available in the "New WS client" wizard, the
client should be created successfully regardles of whether the service is
deployed or not.

May be some warning message should be displayed after WS is selected.
