Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure e.g. keystore and truststore settings for web service client
2. Press OK
3. Open Source Packages/META-INF/TradingServiceImplService.xml (or whatever your
web service reference was called)
4. In the editor tab, the file will have a * and is not saved.
5. build or deploy project -> now the file gets saved
