Select a region of text
Select Edit->Replace
Enter text for "Find What"
Enter text for "Replace With"
Check "Search Backwards"

Clicking "Find" will cycle through the matches within the selected region.
Clicking "Replace All" will report: 'yoursearchtext' not found
Clicking "Replace" works as expected (replace current and find previous)

Note: This only happens when replacing withing a selected region.

The annoying bit of this bug is that if you did a backwards search it remembers
the state of the "Backwards Search" checkbox.

Then later when you attemps a replace it's not immediately obvious what is
wrong.  Since you didn't explicitly ask it to search backwards.
