When attempting to install the Netbeans 6.0 Preview (Milestone 9) on a PC with 
Windows Vista 64bit.  The error 
"Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform"

The log shows: "Cannot load native library from path: 
native/jnilib/windows/windows.dll"
