this happens in 3.2 build 6. Open a file in the source editor. Go back to the navigator select a different file, open it. When clicking on the tab of the first file, that one will re-appear. Closing the first file will display the second file
Probably duplicate of another java bug.
FYI: Dev build 150 does not have this bug, 3.2 build 9 still does
