Probably you shouldn't be able to invoke Tools | Add To Palette and Properties
on the nodes in this and similar dialogs.

Generally there are a bunch of UI problems in these checkbox explorer tree views
-  clicking sometimes selects, sometimes toggles the checkbox, sometimes both,
keyboard navigation is a bit odd.

Probably we need a component in the explorer API to directly do checkbox trees
right.

Note that quick search *is* useful (except that pressing space to check a
checkbox invokes it - which should probably just be fixed in explorer).

I can fix the actions problem. For the click problem either specify what is
wrong and how to reproduce or it is hard to fix. For the other issues/RFEs file
bugs against core.
