Description rbalada 2007-05-14 10:16:04 UTC
I've visited user detail on URL

http://editor.netbeans.org/servlets/UserEdit?userID=4966

and found last login date is "November 30, 0002 8:00:00 AM GMT"

It's shown in table row "Times logged in".

This is very minor issue and actually a corner case for users who never logged
on nb.org website, thus P4.

When I was researching, I found out that it was not replicable for newly created
domain users.

The values are taken directly from the database. For user gwagenknecht, the
'last_logged_in' and 'times_logged_in' values are '0002-11-30 00:00:00.0' and '0'.

The values look suspiciously invalid.

When a user logs in, it should update the last logged in field. That's done in
User.registerLogin(). If this isn't happening, maybe there is an exception in
the logs. Can you have this user login again, and then note the time so that we
can look in the logs?

Ramya,

thank you for thorough investigation. Please note this is P4 and corner case
evidently based on invalid data recorded by ancient release of CEE. If this
issue can't be replicated with current CEE release, then I suggest to close this
issue INVALID or WORKSFORME. Any objections?
Comment 6 Unknown 2007-06-01 00:39:14 UTC
I have tested & the results seen for the domain user is getting updated as required.

Marking as Worksforme.
