Description ddevore 2007-05-11 19:01:07 UTC
Upon working with the docking and undocking features in NB6 I noticed that I
could not undock all the tabs in the project view (projects, files, runtime) at
once. I had to undock the first one and the take each tab separately and dock
them into the created undocked window. I would be nice to have the option of
taking all the tabs from that window and undock them together.

As designed - you are speaking about windows located at the same positions
(represented by tabs) - it's different for Editor or Output - both these windows
contains tabs inside...

If I understand your question correctly I think yes the windows located at the
same position. For Instance if I undock the output window (tab) and do a search
I would expect that the search window be in the same undocked window as the output.

For the instance of the Project window it would be nice to have a way to undock
that window with all tabs undocking at once. I think this is the only one that
does not work this way.

Similar kind of issue like 44354 - operations on group of windows, on container.
