I cancelled a rename class operation in a NetBeans module project and got the
attached UnsupportedOperationException from the WSIT code.  Why is it even
listening to refactorings in projects that have no web service support of any
kind being used?

Anyway, it should either not be executing or it should not be throwing this
exception.

This exception prevents me from closiing the refactoring dialog.  The only way
out of the operation is <preview> followed by <cancel> from the preview window.
