Description javaiware 2001-03-15 20:29:06 UTC
Hi,

I used my NB 3.1 build 36 user-dir as the user-dir for NB 3.2.3 and that
resulted in a hang of NB at startup. I had to kill NB thru taskmanager. I will
attach my ide.log

Iwan

It looks like a problem in MultiURLClassLoader. I am not sure whether this
exception caused the IDE not to start at all. I guess so. Jesse? If anything can
be done from the project module perspective please reassign back.

Sorry David, quite right. Iwan: the exception itself has been fixed, however the
basic problem is the obsolete core patch which will surely screw up the newer
build and which should be deleted (or moved aside when running 3.2). Hopefully
3.2 release will have some kind of import script which will do extra things like
killing old patches, if that is possible.
