reproducible with m9-070427

may be fixed with issue 102600, but it;s better to check it is

steps:
1. crreate class diagram
2. add class
3. select the class
4. invoke Tagged Value customizer
5. press Add in customizer
6. try to enter name and alias
it's impossible

This issue has the same cause as issue 102600 which has been fixed and integrated.
