In the makefile based project properties there is "Parser Configuration" section
but in all other cases "Code Assistance" term is used. So it would be good to
use the same terminology in all parts because it just misleads a user and makes
think what it is.

I think it is real usability problem - "Code Assistance" is the correct name for
all places.
