reproducible with m9-070427

steps:
1. create two diagram
2. activate UML Documentation window
3. select any diagram node in project tree
uml documentation is active (visible)
4. click on non active diagram tab
properties window is activated and "hide" UML documentation

fixed with issue 104276. Now documentation is by default docked into navigator area.
