reproducible with m9-070427

Documentation window has title from previously selected diagram if diagrams are
selected by click on tab
steps:
1. create two diagrams with different names
2. click on non active diagram tab (activate)
see title for UML documentation

still reproduced in the latest build I got today.
more detail on repro here:
- create 2 diagrams with names like "class diagram 1" and "class diagram 2"
- while "class diagram 2" is in focus, look at documentation title to see if it shows "class diagram 2"
- if not click on an empty space in "class diagram 2"
- now click on the diagram window tab for "class diagram 1" 
result: the title of the documentation window still shows "class diagram 2"

I followed those steps and cannot reproduce it after fix to issue 104276, please verify with the build that contains the
fix.

yes, it's fixed in issue 104276 and verified in build netbeans-hudson-trunk-1546-full.zip
