Description: 
After you mount VSS version controled filesysm in Explorer, you can select in 
pop-up menu, [VSS]/[Properties]. This menu caption "Properties" is not 
localizable. Please see attached file for image.

X Evaluation:
The menu item is localizable, but it is not localized in the appropriate 
Japanese bundle => it is a bug of people doing localization.

All commands display names are in a separate resource bundle.

I agree that fix was successfull. Verified in development build of NetBeans #212

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
