According the last performance test results Code Completion operation takes long
time for some projects (e.g. ddd). Unfortunately it hardly can be reproduced by
hand (at least manual time is shorter but not enough) maybe because it depends
on  the Code Completion invocation moment.

We never had a goal of response time being less than 2 seconds at project
parsing time. So this request does not look like P2 to me. 

Do you mean the response time is that bad? Alexander, could you be more specific
please. What is the completion response time?

I've downgraded the priority so there is no need to fix something in upcoming
release (patch) but did not close the issue to track it in future releases.

Despite the issue was filed earlier than IZ108853 the last one is more actual and has higher priority. So I mark this IZ
as duplicate of P2 108853.
