Steps to reproduce:
- Go to runtime TAB.
- Select on of the security profiles under Access Manager node.
- Invoke edit action for the profile node.
- Notice that "Browse" button is placed very close to edit field and also should
be aligned vertically (screenshot is attached).

Fix checked into trunk.
