Reformat Code Ctrl+Shift+F command is not working on a Ruby script in editor,
this context menu option should be either disabled temporarily or fixed so it
works as expected.

I think this is because the regular Ruby editor lexer is not being used

Changing target milestone of all resolved Ruby issues from TBD to 6.0 Beta 1 build.
