Setting Ruby installation is very inconsistent. Hint is:

Choose the Ruby binary to be used:
ruby: D:\Development\builds\070416\netbeans\ruby1\jruby-0.9.8\bin\jruby.bat

When you click Browse button it opens a dialog with title "Choose a Ruby
Installation folder". But infact you have to choose Ruby executable. Please,
polish all hints and titles to be more consistent.

Changing target milestone of all resolved Ruby issues from TBD to 6.0 Beta 1 build.
