070413. After downloading a number of updates, I was told that the IDE had
"successfully finished installing" all of them, and was then asked to restart
now or later. Of course the IDE had installed none of them, and would not do so
until it was restart. Message should be changed to say that the modules had been
successfully prepared for installation and to clarify that if you select to
restart later, they would be installed when next started.

Fixed in main trunk since 2007/09/12.
