When I move items in a sequence diagram using CTRL + {LEFT} or CTRL + {RIGHT}, 
the items themselves move, but their Track Bar counterparts do not.

If I move items using the mouse, the Track Bar equivalents also shift.

in 6.5 works the same way for both mouse and key movement, car is moved after left button release and after shift and
arrow key release.
