Steps to reproduce:
- run plugin-manager build 0410, JDK 1.5.0_11
- open Plugin Manager
- select Installed tab
- select one plugin in the table
- push Refresh list button
-> see attached screenshot (Deactivate button is broken)

BTW: I don't understand why do we need Refresh button on this tab, I would say
it's update automatically when new module is installed or some of already
installed modules is uninstalled, isn't it ?
