NB build 200704091800.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create Enterprise Application Client.
- Invoke wizard to create web service client.
- Specify some deployed project with JAX-WS web service.
- Notice that JAX version is 'JAX-RPC' but I guess should be 'JAX-WS'!
- Press Finish button.
- Notice that web service client was not created.
