OS: MacOS 10.4.8
locale: zh
1. install ml nb 5.5
2. connect the UC to download UML module
3. select "restart the IDE" to install the UML after download finished.
result:
1. IDE close and restart, no IDE-update window popup, create new project, UML 
folder can't be found, the UML project can't be created.
2. close the IDE manually, IDE close, IDE-Update window popup, IDE restart, 
update finished and all are fine.
3. the same issue happened on nb 5.5.1
4. this issue doesn't exist on en locale.

MacOS is not currently a supported platform.

I tried installing JAX-RPC 1.6 module from the same zh locale using the
localized NB 5.5 which also requires ide restart to complete the installation.
This has the same effect as installing the UML module. So, this is not the UML
bug, and I claim that this is a NB bug. I'm recategorizing to auc.

Are there any relevant error messages or stacktraces in the ide.log file? If so,
please attach the log file.

Symptoms look like the issue 57517, possible problems on Mac when NetBeans are
invoke from Mac GUI.

I has investigated with Jara Uhrik on Mac and found this problem is reproducible
with all symptoms of issue issue 57517. So, I reopen issue 57517 and close as
duplicate of that.
