The CVS mount wizard needs to be improved with additional "CVS Port" text field.
Also the Finish button has to be enabled sooner.
The VCS Generic mount wizard should use InputDescriptor to be able to contain
more various components, not just text fields.

It's not possible to fix issue #21669 with current APIs (see issue
#22145 for details), therefore I'm removing it from the list of
blockers for this issue.

All issues concerning mount wizard improvements were fixed.
