Install latest trunk build (all bundle) and go to Tools|Plugins|Installed, the "Base IDE" looks deactivated. Select all items (ctrl+a) and press Activate, everything is activated but Base IDE. If I check Base IDE, only Uninstall button is enabled. Restarting IDE doesn't help.

I'm not sure if it should be P3 or P2, so please change the priority if needed.

I guess it is far from being a priority issue.
