Hi,

typing '&' in html file we get nice list of available entities, but
not what they mean. For example, the first suggestion is

Æ
but what is it?

Would be nice to have in suggestion list a second column with original
char for that entity.

Further, nice feature of most editors is, converting text into html entites:

Köln -> Köln

This is not available in NB

I have fixed the first problem so far - the html completion now shows the characters represented by the entities.
