From the feedback in NB5.5 performance survey:

When installing new modules from the update center, it should be easier to
select all the items to be installed from the 'View Certificates and Install
Modules' list, and also to be Global.  Presently, users must select each install
candidate's 'include' (and 'global', if desired) checkbox.  This is inconvenient
especially when installing many modules and module updates at once.
