Looks like the bundles are cache based on their basename. This is not enough, as
NetBeans IDE 5.5 and NetBeans IDE 6.0 resources have the same basename, while
residing in different classloaders.

Fixed. Now the cache id is built of classloader + baseName. This should be
enough at least for now.
