Jeff Hoffman, for example (just tried it myself and failed). This is a duplicate; please find the original bug and mark as such. Also there is a related bug that if you make some changes, and also add a bogus CC, Bugzilla will apply all the changes except the CC (without telling you); show a page saying that the CC was bogus, and please click Back and resubmit; if you do what it says, you will get a "mid-air" collision because of the other changes which were already applied correctly. I.e. bug submissions are not atomic (even if no one else is using the system at the same time!). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 6973 *** There are now 5 issues about this, trying to tie them all together.
