It is. *.pdf recognized in Filesystems, and a special XML DTD: http://www.netbeans.org/dtds/pdf_link-1_0.dtd Generate matching XML files giving the stated public ID, place them in some menu folder, and voila. Launches external PDF reader (Acrobat) for now, user can customize the path to the application. Works in dev trunk, implemented after boston. Of course, reopen this if your bug was meant to be "we need to ensure that there is, in fact, some PDF documentation there". Currently there is just the infrastructure for it. Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing. Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing. |
