I'm not sure how to verify the issue, just migrated from previous release:

Design Pattern Catalog on UML Design Center tab does not come from localized
Bundle file in product - this label is found in some bundle files and
is localized, but when running product in other locale - its not seen in
this situation:

To Display the Design Pattern Catalog on the UML Design Center tab, expand
the Design Center node in the tab.

Can not seem to find this, it appears to be hardcoded, however I will need to

The name of the Catalog is the name of a UML workspace (this is an embacadero
term, not a netbeans term).  Since it is the name of the workspace, it can not
be localized.
