using pseudolocalized nb5.5 on jappanise locales with fontsize 16
when i create web application (same for enterprise appl) and access
web.xml from projects view its very hard to navigate in all
sub-tabs for this xml file (see attachment)
i have to click on some tab and traverse over with arrows on keyboard
its very confusing for new user who would for example like
manualy edit this file (and didn't know he can invoke right click on it
in projects view and call edit action)

i would reccomend shring all tab buttons for this xml file
