Starting from the NB4.0 beta 1, is not possible to
edit a properties bundle using the table format,
but you can only use a less comfortable text
editor, and  you must enter manually each new keys
for every locale.
I hope you can solve it.

It is still possible to edit a properties bundle using
"the table view". The only difference in NB4.0 is that
the text editor is opened by default (e.g. on double-click
on the node). You can open the "table view" by the Open
action in the context menu of the node (right-click on the node).
