I stand corrected. It didn't copy the sources (as I expected it to do).. however, I did manage to create a directory "Project Name" at the same location as the directory containing the source I already had. This is definately confusing. Now I will remove the project I created and have to create a new one called "Netbeans Project Folder" just for my existing project folder to remain coherant. I guess this is just a matter of intuitiveness vs. usability. Jirko, could you please look at it? It seems to be a valuable feedback. Reassigning to Jano, who works on Java EE. This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss |
