In the Options dialog under Menu/Window there are
two actions - for logical & physical tab - with
the correct icons but inappropriate display names
(org-netbeans-modules-project-*). Probably using
*.shadow files causes this - may need to add a
SystemFileSystem.localizingBundle to them.

Hmm this is true for all actions installed by the project UI i.e.:
Menu/File, Menu/Build, Menu/Run, Menu/Run/Other, Menu/Windows and few
folders in toolbars.

Note: might be a core bug, I don't know.

Should be solved in Tools/Options Dialog.
