Ran into this in same wizard yesterday;
this is one where, at least at 16 point with pseudo
localized messages, an entire part of window does not show.
(see before and after gifs)

there is no such dialog anymore.  Importing settings from older
versions  is now the responsibility each product.  For NetBeans IDE we
only show a simple yes/no dialog if userdir created by NB 3.6 is detected.

This issue is considered "fixed"
