Context menu of editor tab

Same situation on Windows 8.1

The screenshot shows the context menu of the first editor tab and indicates the window is maximized - which it is obviously not.
It does not make any difference whether I double click the editor tab or press Shift-ESCAPE.
The same behaviour exists for Git Difference Windows as well, so not just editor windows are affected.

If I undock the window, maximizing works as expected.
