Is it a valid patch file if it has the path enclosed in ""? When I copy the path via SHIFT-right click on a file in the explorer and choose "Copy Path", such a path with " is copied to the clipboard. I trusted the content, which the explorer created, so I pasted it into the file dialog. Perhaps the global file dialog should be fixed?!
